Research of up to 3 vacation options, hotel or resort recommendations, transportation guidance, activities, and basic itinerary planning.

Family & Group Planning — Starting at $99

Group consultation, room or cabin coordination, payment schedule assistance, traveler communication, activities, and planning support.

Rush Travel Planning — $99

For trips departing within approximately 30 days. Includes priority consultation, expedited research, travel option comparison, and travel preparation assistance.

30-Minute Travel Consultation — $25

A personalized consultation to discuss destination, budget, travel dates, preferences, and vacation goals.

Planning Fee Policy


Planning fees compensate Taylor Vacations and Travel, LLC for professional research, consultation, itinerary preparation, and coordination. These fees are separate from the cost of cruises, hotels, airfare, resorts, excursions, transportation, or other supplier bookings. Planning fees are generally non-refundable once research or planning has begun. Travel pricing and availability are subject to supplier terms and may change until confirmed.
